I’m Ralitsa — a freelance web designer based in Zwolle, originally from Bulgaria.
My journey into web design was not a straightforward one, and I believe that has shaped the way I approach business. For many years, I worked in the tourism industry, where customer service, communication, and attention to detail were essential.
At a certain point, I decided to take a new direction. I wanted to work more creatively, have greater freedom, and build something that combines design, technology, and entrepreneurship. That’s why I completed a professional web design training program and began specializing in WordPress, Elementor, and user-friendly web design.
Since then, I have continued to develop my skills in web design, user experience (UX), user interface design (UI), and basic SEO. I believe that a good website should not only be visually appealing, but also user-friendly, accessible, and effective for the people who visit it.
I work specifically with small business owners who want to be found professionally online — without big agencies or unclear pricing.

What drives me is turning ideas into a clear and engaging online presence. Every website is different, and that challenge – creating something that fits both the business owner and their visitors – gives me energy.
I started as a self-taught learner and have been improving every day, learning about design, usability, and how to make websites more visible on Google. I continue to do so — because this field is constantly evolving.
